Penmor Security Teams, founded in 2017, is a locally trusted security company serving Central California. Privately owned and operated by experienced industry professionals, the company employs 150 trained security guards and provides reliable protection for events and venues across the region.

Penmor specializes in large-event security, offering expert crowd management and access control for gatherings from 1,000 to over 10,000 attendees. Our team has secured major Central California locations, including the Visalia Convention Center, Seaside Stadium, Stockton Fairgrounds, Madera County Fairgrounds, Santa Maria Fairgrounds, and numerous Fresno concerts and city events, along with backstage operations at Chukchansi Park.

Staffing And Training

All Penmor Security Teams personnel are fully verified and properly licensed, with background checks and training that meet state and federal standards. Each guard is confirmed to hold valid credentials and maintain a clean record, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and trustworthiness in every assignment.

Guards receive comprehensive training in a wide range of essential security skills, including crowd control, emergency response, de-escalation, fire prevention, access control, CPR, and anger management. New recruits participate in a three-month supervised probationary period, allowing them to gain hands-on experience and demonstrate proficiency under direct supervision before becoming fully active members of the team.

The company maintains a strong supervisory structure, assigning one supervisor for approximately every 25 guards to ensure proper oversight and support. Penmor Security Teams offers flexible staffing options, capable of deploying anywhere from a single guard to its full team as needed. Whether for scheduled events or emergency situations, the company can respond quickly—typically within an hour—to meet client needs efficiently and professionally.
